The Archer KIA project transformed an aging dealership into a sleek, modern showroom aligned with KIA’s refreshed brand identity. I began with a detailed site and building analysis, creating precise as-built drawings that informed what could be preserved and what required demolition. Leveraging the existing structure, we integrated a new exterior curtain wall and expanded the showroom to create a dynamic, customer-focused space.

My responsibilities included on-site measurements of the existing building, demolition drawings, and developing most of the construction documentation with careful attention to code compliance and accessibility standards. To communicate the vision, I produced architectural renderings and building sections that showcased the revitalized facade, enhanced site amenities, and the overall transformation of the dealership.
